Overview
Chaturbate has streamed live cams since 2011 and is run by Multi Media, LLC. Models manage their own rooms, schedules and shows.
There are women, men, couples and trans performers. Busy rooms draw a crowd, while smaller ones leave more room to chat. Browse a few, save the ones you enjoy and come back through your favorites.
How it works
Joining the chat
A username and password are enough to sign up. Your card and email address are optional, though an email helps with account recovery. Some models restrict chat or video to members who have bought tokens.
Tips and model menus
Send Tip sends a tip with an optional message. Room menus list suggested activities and amounts. Shared goals pool viewers' tips toward a show. With a Lovense model, tips also trigger the toy.
The room's tip menu often lists what the model offers. A menu is an offer, and a tip doesn't oblige them to perform something they refuse. Respect their answer. You can report an unfulfilled promise to support.
Private, spy and ticket shows
A private gives you a conversation with the model at their minute rate. The request window shows the price, minimum duration and recording option before you confirm. Other members may watch as spies. Premium private blocks them at a separate rate.
Ticket shows charge a single admission price for several viewers. Password shows are for members who have the code.
Supporter for regular visitors
Supporter removes ads, lets you message any model first and adds anonymous tips. Welcome tokens arrive only once. A model's fan club includes their reserved content and messaging. Card memberships renew monthly. Token memberships are paid three months ahead.
Auto Refill buys more tokens when your balance reaches its threshold. Leave it switched off in settings to keep spending within your chosen package.
Rooms, media and recorded privates
Finding your rooms
Tags, categories and price filters help you pick a stream. New Cams lists newcomers. For a first private, check the room's rate and talk to the model about the show. Spy mode is another way to see their style during an ongoing private.
Profiles also have photos, videos and fan club content to enjoy when a model is offline.
Replaying a private
If the model enables recording, a private longer than thirty seconds appears in My Collection. It plays on the site on a computer or phone, with no download. Closing your account removes access to purchased content.
Pricing
Chaturbate token packages start at 50 tokens for $6.99 and don't renew. Larger packages lower the price per token. Optional Supporter membership costs $19.95 a month and renews until canceled in My Profile, then Memberships. A private's minimum duration commits you to the amount shown before the show.

- Chaturbate offers two-factor authentication. Use a password you don't use elsewhere and check that the address is chaturbate.com before entering your login details, including after following a link in an email or a profile.

Free rooms are where Chaturbate shines, and the 200-token package is a good starting point for tip menus or a first private show. Pick the model first and check their minimum duration to make sure the package covers it.
Supporter suits regulars who message several models or tip anonymously. Occasional visitors can stick with tokens.
Chaturbate has enough free rooms to stay interesting even without a token balance. Small packages cost more per token, and popular models often charge more for a private.
