LELO, a brand that sells direct
LELO designs the devices it sells through its own shop. You will also see INTIMINA intimate care and HEX condoms, both part of the same group. LELOi AB operates the website.
You choose by sensation: sonic waves with SONA, vibration with MONA and prostate stimulation with LOKI or HUGO. The product names take some reading, though each family has a distinct purpose.
The lelo.com catalogue
You can compare products without an account. There are 56 items in the women's range and 20 in the men's, with filters for body area and toy format. Bundles combine devices and accessories, including gift sets.
| Model | Type | Usual price |
|---|---|---|
| LELO Beads Noir | Kegel balls | €49 |
| SONA 2 | Sonic stimulator | €109 |
| TOR 3 | Vibrating ring, connected | €159 |
| SONA 3 Cruise | Sonic stimulator, connected | €169 |
| F2S Double Sonic | Masturbator, connected | €279 |
| MONA Spectra | Vibrator | €299 |
A TOR ring is for partner play, while F1S and F2S models are masturbators. Shape and dimensions tell you more about suitability than the range name alone.
Connected devices and the app
Around twenty models work with the LELO app, which adds patterns to the toy's own controls. Love Bridge lets a distant partner control your device from their phone. If that is your plan, you check that your chosen model supports the app.
Cruise Control is a power reserve that maintains intensity when you press the toy against your body. It is a separate feature from remote control.
LELO prices
LELO Beads Noir start the women's range at €49, with devices up to €299 and bundles from €199 to €319. Promotions reduce some regular prices, including older generations. For the quoted delivery service, standard shipping costs €9.99 below €69 and is free above that threshold. Express costs €9.99. Your destination selects the applicable service.

Shipping, returns and warranty
The quoted standard service takes eight to twelve days, with express at two to three business days. You receive plain cardboard packaging, though LELO appears in small print on the shipping document.
Intact sealed packaging keeps a purchase eligible for a refund within 14 days. Once opened, you can request a coupon within 60 days of receipt for an eligible electronic device, returning it at your expense. The coupon matches the amount you paid and expires after one month. Accessories, bundles and luxury editions are excluded.
Manufacturing defects qualify for a replacement over two years, extended by twelve months if you register within thirty days. The ten-year quality programme then offers 50% off the original price of a new device for one order.

Verdict
Who it suits
- Buying a type of stimulation you already enjoy
- Giving a SONA device as a gift
- Keeping your toy for several years
Who should skip it
- Wanting an inexpensive small toy
- Needing packaging with no brand mention at all
Sonic stimulation is the natural entry point at LELO. The SONA 2 explores that sensation for less than the SONA 3 Cruise, while the TOR 3 is a connected ring for partner play. An F2S makes more sense if you have already decided you want a motorised masturbator.
Specialist devices and several years of support earn LELO its four out of five. It is easier to buy when you already know the stimulation you enjoy, since an opened device that disappoints earns you a coupon.
