AV Jiali's performers
The studio has been filming since May 2022. Its 82 performers include Lin Siyu (林思妤), Li Er (黎兒) and Xiao Ye Ye (徐筱欣), listed with their Chinese names and transliterations.
Stories feature roommates, real estate agents and tour guides. English, Chinese and Japanese interfaces make it easier to search for a name in its original language.
Previews and subtitle choices
Scene pages offer a synopsis, tags, a gallery and a 1080p trailer of one to one and a half minutes. Dates and running times help you choose between a recent episode and a longer film.
Picking your subtitle file
Each subtitle version is a separate download. A 52-minute film takes roughly 9.5 GB in 4K. Choosing your language first saves you from storing several copies of the same movie.
Downloads are unlimited, with no digital restriction tying playback to your account. Eleven other sites, including JapanHDV and AvidolZ, come with the same membership.
4K films and photo albums
There are 302 videos in 4K. Every film has English subtitles, while Chinese is available on 282 scenes. This breakdown helps you find films in the language you prefer:
| Subtitles offered | Scenes |
|---|---|
| English, Chinese and Japanese | 153 |
| English and Chinese | 129 |
| English only | 24 |
Costumes and photo albums
The qipao, a fitted Chinese dress, appears alongside nurse outfits and costume characters. Tattoos are common. Every film includes a photo album, and 102 add glamour photo sets.
The median scene length is 33 minutes. New releases come in batches: 60 appeared in twelve months, with quieter months than the advertised two releases a week.
A studio visit or a network membership

You can pay by card, SEPA or PayPal, with gift cards limited to the non-renewing month. Support considers refunds for technical or billing problems, with no routine refund for a used period.

Verdict
Who it suits
- Discovering Taiwanese performers
- Choosing films for a 4K screen
- Following dialogue in Chinese or English
Who should skip it
- Seeking thousands of scenes from a single studio
- Expecting evenly spaced releases
An interest in Taiwanese studios or Chinese-subtitled films makes AV Jiali an appealing place to explore. The non-renewing month gives you time to discover the 4K library and download a selection. The annual plan fits better when you also intend to visit JapanHDV and the other included sites regularly.
AV Jiali offers a four out of five introduction to Taiwanese performers, with 4K and subtitles in several languages. Previews help you pick a scene. The selection is smaller than a large Japanese library, and each subtitle language requires a separate file.
