What is Probiller and how do you cancel it?

Probiller is a payment gateway: a company that collects money on behalf of other websites. It is run by two companies of the Aylo group, Aylo Billing US Corp., based in Austin, Texas, and Aylo Billing Limited, an Irish company based in Cyprus. Probiller itself names Brazzers, Nutaku and VPNHub among the brands it bills for.

Aylo bills its paid sites under one name this way. The Aylo Premium memberships, Brazzers, Reality Kings, Digital Playground, Mofos, Babes, Twistys or Men.com, all go through it. Nutaku, an adult gaming platform, and VPNHub, a VPN service, belong to the same group. A Probiller charge with no porn membership behind it can therefore come from a purchase on one of those two services.

Names that appear on your statement

Your statement does not always say “Probiller”. Depending on the country and the payment method, the same Aylo billing can show up as Probiller.com, AyloBill, Vendo, Segpay or WTS. On a phone bill, the name can change again.

Vendo and Segpay are independent payment processors that also bill for other websites. A line in their name does not necessarily come from Aylo. The receipt emailed after the purchase names the site.

A discreet name on your statement

The statement shows the name of the payment service, never the site’s. A Brazzers membership appears as “Probiller” or “AyloBill”, with no word that hints at the content. Only the emailed receipt names the site.

Is Probiller safe to pay with?

Probiller accepts more than twenty-five payment methods: credit and debit cards, bank debits, e-wallets, gift cards and, in some countries, the phone bill. Payments go through an encrypted connection, and Probiller says it serves customers in more than 150 countries.

The price can be shown in your own currency. You are charged as soon as you buy, and the receipt arrives by email right after. Aylo sites can then ask for proof of age. If that fails, the purchase is cancelled and any refund is at Aylo Billing’s discretion.

Sites billed by Probiller and their prices

The most common amounts on a statement are the trial, the month and the year. These are the ones for the two best known sites of the group, as shown at sign-up.

Digital Playground and Mofos work the same way, with a €1 trial that renews at €36.99 every thirty days. A $1 or €1 charge followed two days later by a charge of 20 to 40 is almost always a renewed trial.

Other directory sites billed by Probiller

Probiller collects payments for thirty-three sites in the directory. Most are Aylo brands. Others are run under licence by Aylo Premium, such as Erito or Brown Bunnies. If the site name does not ring a bell, look for it here.

One payment can cover several sites. When several brands are bought together, the statement shows one line per purchase.

To find the site from the amount, compare it with the prices listed on each review: the trial, the month, the year and the renewal price are taken from the sign-up page.

Why Probiller is on your statement

A Probiller charge almost always has one of four causes. The most common is a trial that renewed.

The $1 trial that renews

Aylo trials last two days and cost $1 or €1, with limited access. When the two days are over, the trial becomes a monthly membership at full price. At Reality Kings, the $1 trial is followed by €36.99 every 30 days$39.99 every 30 days: letting the trial renew once costs €37.99$40.99 in total.

At Reality Kings, a renewed trial even costs more than the thirty day plan bought directly. The gap is €9.00$10.00 at every renewal.

The seven day plan works the same way. At Brazzers, it costs €6.99, then renews at €39.99 every 30 days.

Other causes

A monthly or yearly membership renews on its own at the end of each period, as long as it is not cancelled. An option added during sign-up, a second site or extended access, is billed separately and can keep going after the first membership is cancelled.

Finally, an unknown charge can come from someone close to you who used your card. Probiller itself suggests asking family members before concluding it is fraud.

A small charge that disappears

During some promotions, Aylo sites offer a free trial. A small amount is then charged to check the card, and it is reversed or refunded automatically. That charge is not the price of the trial. Aylo can also notify you of each renewal by email or in the members’ area.

Fees when a payment fails

When a renewal fails, for lack of funds for example, Aylo Billing can suspend the membership or try the payment again. If it has to recover an amount due from a subscriber who has not cancelled, it reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to $2.

An amount that differs from the listed price

The amount charged does not always match the price seen at sign-up. Probiller’s terms and Aylo’s pages explain most of the gaps:

• VAT, sales tax or another tax can be added to the price, depending on where you live,
• a price shown in another currency is converted by your bank, which may charge a fee,
• the price depends on the page you came in through: Brazzers shows the month at €30.99$33.99 on its public page and at €28.99$30.99 on a partner page,
• after a declined payment, Aylo Billing can retry a lower amount once, then go back to the full price at the next billing cycle,
• Aylo sites can ask for a paid age verification, which is never refunded.

The receipt emailed after each payment gives the exact amount, the currency and the site. Keep it for any claim.

A billing date that moves

Aylo memberships renew every thirty days, so the date shifts from one month to the next. A charge on January 31 comes back on March 2, then on April 1. Twelve renewals cover 360 days. To predict the next charge, take the date on the receipt and add thirty days.

A charge you do not recognize

Start by searching your inbox for the receipt, with the word “Probiller” or the amount charged. Check secondary addresses and the spam folder too. The receipt names the site and gives the link to stop the membership.

With no receipt, ask the people around you whether someone used your card. If nobody did, report it to Probiller’s customer care as fraud. Aylo Billing can then contact the bank that issued your card to block further charges.

Ask your bank to block the card as well if you think its number has leaked. A shared or stolen site login stays your responsibility until Probiller is told, by email or by phone.

How to cancel a Probiller subscription

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, even right after signing up: the renewal stops. Charges incurred up to the cancellation date remain due. There are two ways to do it.

Online, through the subscription management link in the receipt emailed after each payment. Search your inbox for “Probiller” or for the site’s name, spam folder included.

Through Probiller’s customer care, by chat or email from probiller.com, or by phone, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, which is 7 AM to 3 PM on the West Coast.

To write, Probiller gives two addresses: [email protected] for payment questions and [email protected] for everything else. The footer of some sites, such as Mia Khalifa, also links to the Vendo and Segpay customer areas.

Cancelling from the site

At Brazzers, there are four ways to cancel:

1. the “Cancel” section of the support.brazzers.com help center, after logging in,
2. the “Support” link at the bottom of the members’ area,
3. the contact form of the same help center,
4. the cancellation link in the payment receipt.

Have the email address you signed up with ready and, if possible, the amount and date of the charge. A confirmation email arrives after every cancellation. Keep it: it is your proof if charges continue.

Save every payment receipt as well, because Aylo Billing leaves that to the subscriber. If its emails stop arriving, or if you change address, tell its customer care. Billing messages also show up in the site’s members’ area.

How to get a Probiller refund

Refunds are requested from Probiller’s customer care, which answers questions within two working days. The deadlines depend on how you paid:

Aylo Billing grants refunds at its discretion. It never refunds a period already started: a month that has begun is owed. The sooner the request comes after an unwanted charge, the better its chances. Give the date, the amount and the email address on the account, so the payment can be found quickly.

A refund always goes back to the original payment method, never in cash, by check or to another card. One refund does not oblige Aylo Billing to grant more.

For a gift card or cryptocurrency, a refund only happens if it is technically possible. Aylo Billing can also grant an account credit instead of a refund.

If Aylo Billing says no, you can still dispute the charge with your bank. Every dispute is investigated, and it can block you from any future purchase with Aylo Billing. Aylo Billing does not guarantee it can find payment records more than 365 days after sign-up, so do not wait.

How to avoid the next charge

The safest move is to cancel as soon as you sign up for a trial, then keep the confirmation email. The trial stays paid, and no renewal follows.

Some banks also offer single-use virtual cards. A trial paid with one of them cannot renew: the next charge is declined, and Aylo Billing suspends the membership.

A month, a year or ten years

At Brazzers, the year costs €111.99$121.99. The month at €30.99$33.99 passes that price on the fourth payment. Beyond a few months of use, the year works out cheaper, and it renews only once a year.

To pay only once, Reality Kings sells ten years of access for €264.99$299.99, with no renewal, about €2.21$2.50 a month over the whole period. The directory’s other premium sites list the renewal price of every plan on their review.

Is Probiller a scam?

No. Probiller is a real payment service, run by the Aylo Billing companies of the Aylo group. A Probiller charge comes from a purchase on a site it bills for, sometimes by someone close to you who used the card.
